About Mountain Crest
Mountain Crest is a home health care service provider serving Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. We provide several healthcare services such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Workers, and Certified Home Health Aides. Mountain Crest Home Health renders assistance to individuals in their place of residence, which is a necessity for those who are homebound due to their physical ailments. Our main focus is to aid people with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, and other medical infirmities after their discharge from hospitals and rehab facilities. The end goal is to make the patient live independently. This consequently reduces the stress of their primary caregiver, whether it is a family member or a friend, who are already living busy lives and unable to fully commit to the patient’s full recovery.
Mountain Crest Home Health is a Medicare Certified accredited agent, a Veterans (Triwest) Community Care provider and a registered Tricare provider that is committed to providing quality care with distinctive emphasis on the care of the patient and their family at their homes. We serve individuals who may need home care after hospitalization, a recurrence of the pre-existing condition, or those who may have special needs. Our medical staff prepares a care plan for the individual and provides this through a regimen of home care, where it practices both professionalism and empathy for every interaction with patients.
